Our PTA relies on the support of our community. Baranoff Buffalo families love businesses that support our school! We welcome business sponsors and extend a special welcome to any Baranoff-family businesses!
By making a 100% fully tax-deductible donation to the Baranoff PTA you have the option of becoming a Baranoff Business Sponsor/Trailblazer or a sponsor at one of our Fundraisers and/or underwriting one of our many PTA sponsored programs & events.
Our elementary school is home to more than 1000 trailblazing students! Our PTA works hard to create and sustain as many opportunities for every child as we can-- programs and services that would otherwise be unavailable to our students without the generous support from our community of parents, teachers, and businesses:
Educational Programs: Funding for the Stampeding Reading & Math Program which provides intervention for Kinder-2nd graders who need extra assistance in these areas. Funding provides staff salaries and supplies. Organize & host Young Author's Conference for 3rd-4th graders; STEAM Night; World Fair/International Night; Parent Education Nights (speakers); Military Families Program.
Support for Teachers: Funding for beginning of the year supplies for each classroom teacher; grade level grants,; funding for Art, PE/Wellness, Music, and Library; staff training; teacher appreciation events.
Makerspace Lab/Technology: Funding for the Makerspace Lab; technology supplies & software for the campus, & fully fund the staff salary for the campus technology assistant.
Campus Improvements: Expanded multi-purpose deck; fitness trail; school garden and shed; native wildflower habitat; rain harvesting system; GaGa Ball Pits; Buffalo Pond & Nature Preserve Improvements; technology equipment; park benches; & trash receptacles
Community Outreach: Thanksgiving Sharing Project with Langford Elementary, book donations to Langford Elementary
School Pride & Community Engagement: "Blaze" - school mascot costume, Buffalo Dads group, school socials, Reflections Creative Arts Contest, Fun Run, Spring Carnival
Health & Wellness: DrumFit Program, Healthy Lifestyles
